We are preparing for your child's advancement to the 7th grade in the 2025-2026 school year.
California schools are required to check immunization records for ALL students advancing to 7th grade for the following immunizations:
Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap) —1 dose
(Whooping cough booster usually given at 11 years and up)
Varicella (Chickenpox) — 2 doses
(Usually given at ages 12 months and 4-6 years)
7th Grade Tdap Requirement: at least 1 dose of pertussis-containing vaccine is required on or after their 7th birthday. If your child is up to date on these shots, you may disregard this notice.
Please send any updated immunization records to the school office at your earliest convenience.
2025-2026 class schedules will be withheld at registrations for any student without proof of required immunizations or medical exemption.
